What Sweepifi collects
The minimum. An email if you sign up, a first name if you add one, your habits and check-ins. No ad trackers, no selling data, no public profiles.

The short list
- Email address, if you sign up. Guests have none.
- First name and avatar, if you add them.
- Timezone, so streaks roll over at the right time.
- Your habits, routines, check-ins, notes, and moods.
- A push subscription for each device where you turn on reminders.
- Billing status from Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Server logs (IP address, browser) for security, kept briefly.
What we do with it
Run the app, send the reminders you set, handle billing. That is the list. There are no ads and no third-party ad trackers, and we never sell or rent data. There are no public profiles; nobody can find you on Sweepifi without your invite link.
Analytics
We use cookieless, anonymized product analytics to see which features get used. Events are things like "check-in" or "paywall viewed", tied to a hashed id, never your name, email, or the content of a habit or note. Turn it off in You → Settings → Usage analytics.
Circles
Sharing is per habit and off by default. Members see a shared habit's name, icon, today's status, and streak. They never see your notes or mood. More in What Circles share.
