- Billing period
- Monthly plans bill every month, Annual plans every year, from the day you subscribe. Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal.
- Renewal
- Monthly and Annual renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. We email you 7 days before an annual renewal.
- Taxes
- Prices are shown before tax. Any VAT or sales tax for your location is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cancel in two clicks
- Billing, then Cancel, then confirm. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for and nothing is deleted.
- 30-day refund
- Any Pro purchase can be refunded in full within 30 days, no questions asked, from the Billing page or by email. Refund policy.
- Trial without a card
- Every new account gets 14 days of Pro. No card, nothing to cancel: on day 14 you simply move to Free.
- Minimum age 16
- You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Full details are in the Terms. Terms of Service.
- Payments by Stripe
- Card details never touch our servers. Receipts come from Stripe and the charge shows as SWEEPIFI.COM.

How does billing work?
Sweepifi is free to use. Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments go through Stripe, prices include the billing period and taxes up front, and your receipt comes from Stripe. The charge shows as SWEEPIFI.COM.
How do I cancel?
Two taps: Billing, then Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted and you can come back any time.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Any Pro purchase can be refunded within 30 days, no questions asked. Tap Request refund on the Billing page and the full amount goes back to your original payment method.
What happens to my data on Free?
It stays. If you go over a Free limit, extra habits and routines become read-only until you archive something or upgrade. Older history is kept, just tucked behind Pro. Check-ins, viewing and export are never blocked.
What do you collect?
The minimum: an email (if you sign up), a first name if you add one, your habits and check-ins. No ad trackers, no selling data, no public profiles. Analytics are cookieless and anonymised, and you can turn them off in Settings.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Check-ins are saved on your device and sync when you are back online, without duplicates. Streaks update instantly on the device and settle with the server after sync.
Which devices are supported?
Any modern browser. Install Sweepifi to your home screen on iOS, Android or desktop for the app-like version. On iPhone, push reminders need the home-screen install; email reminders work everywhere.
What are Circles?
Small private groups of up to 8 people. Members see only the name, icon, today's status and streak of the habits you choose to share, never your notes or mood. No public discovery, no free-text chat, just check-ins, reactions and preset nudges.
How do streak freezes work?
A freeze covers one missed day so the streak carries on. Free includes 1 per month, applied by hand within 48 hours. Pro includes 3 per month plus Auto-freeze, which steps in overnight for any streak of 3 days or more. Balances reset on the 1st.
How does the Pro trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro, no card needed. On day 12 we send one reminder. On day 14 you move to Free automatically: nothing is charged, nothing is deleted.
Can I export my data?
Always, on every plan. Settings, then Export my data gives you a ZIP of CSV and JSON files with every habit, routine and check-in.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm. It is immediate and permanent: any subscription is cancelled and all your data is removed. Export first if you want a copy.
